My current setup is a Behringer USB DAC  to a CmoyBB amp to DT 770 pros. The problem I am having is that when I have everything hooked up, and I plug in the power adapter for my CmoyBB, there is a constant buzzing/static noise. This noise is there when the CmoyBB amp is turned off only. If the CmoyBB is running on batteries, the noise is not there. Just wondering why this is happening and if its something to be worried about. This only happens with that setup. If I connect the amp input to my mp3 player or something, it does not happen. Only when the amp is connected to the USB DAC and when the power adapter is plugged in with the amp turned off...

Its probably a ground loop.  Try plugging everything into to a power strip off the same outlet.
