Well H-100 are behaving differently in their mid range with different sources, more so than anything I've tried before.
Using a ipod touch 2G with them both now yes, the H-100 mids are slightly recessed compared, it's mostly vocals this is noticeable.

The reason I ask is because the way you describe the H-100 is very similar to how I would describe the FXD80, which has more detail all across the spectrum compared to the mk2. But the FR of the FXD80 is just more colored than the mk2. Even though the mids of the FXD80 are very detailed, they are a bit cold and recessed comparatively which doesn't add up to a competitive sound sig when considering totl reference sound imo.

I can understand why a person would prefer that sound, but it comes off as more of a preference than a reference.

I was astonished the first time I saw the H100's response graph. It seems to have the best treble extension of all IEM's, universals and customs, ever made. I would hypothesize that it must have great treble quality. Any words in that regard, especially in comparison to the gr07's treble?

The treble isn't as forward as GR07 but shows better detail, extension and sparkle, there's a larger sense of air around treble regions. it shows a lot of depth sinking back stage. It won't have that tonal bite MK2 has though.

H-100 to me is a tighter deeper version of GR07's low end plus a more refined higher detailed TF10 mid range and treble, all placed in a deep stage, but treble isn't as forward as TF10 it sits deep in the staging. H-100 (between what I've tried) sounds very similar to marriage between those two IEM's, with higher resolution on both accounts. I'll be honest GR07 might be more natural, but after using H-100 both TF10 and GR07 MK2 sound like you're listening to music through a wooden door, everything sounds muffled...truly.

That alone gives an illusion of lower SQ.

If you're interested you need to email Shinwoo the manufacturer directly, because their site isn't in English.
Cheaper than the ebay seller some earlier members purchased through.

How much are the H-100s? And do they perform better than the ASG 1.2 and/or GR07 MK2?

Haha, is it your best IEM yet? And are they any good as comfort, isolation and durability?

Yes, listening to Skazi just now with H-100 is achieving something GR07 cannot do, this is coming from someone as a fond GR07 MK2 owner for many months, the clarity and detailing is just unlike anything I've heard before, I know I keep saying it but it is..... Bass is that punchy it whacks the back of your forehead with authority. literally pounds when called upon or raise volume with the right tracks. Certainly better than anything I've heard or owned in overall SQ.

The included tips didn't fit me and are quite average so I use GR07 tips which increase comfort a lot and seal, (GR07 tips are great), quite comfortable. Isolation is above GR07 because you're achieving a deeper insertion, whereas GR07 shorter nozzle only goes so far before the housing hits your outter ear. It kind of feels like using a Sony Hybrid.

Highly recommend, highly.
