Help with my SR80's

Hi,
 
I have a pair of SR80's which have developed a fault in the jack plug.
 
I have removed the plug, which is now knackered, and wondered if anyone could recommend a replacement of should I plum for a Grado original?
 
Also the ear pads have perished and I am looking for a good after market replacement.
 
Any views?
