I recently got the HT Omega eClaro. It's great and is an upgrade from the Striker. Only thing that is a problem is buzzing. It only happens on particular songs / albums and varies between each earpiece. I have the eClaro and then an extention cable , then my HD600s are hooked into that. Would the extension cable be the issue? Or is it something else.

It could be electrical interference? Im not too sure how to remedy that problem. Try using the HD600 plug instead of the extension cable.  Also, the HT Omega support is pretty knowledgable and helpful.

Anderosai, did you ever resolve the issue of the buzzing/interference on your eClaro? That's odd that it only does it for particular songs/albums... usually interference is pretty consistent and does it while certain parts like the GPU or CPU are under load. For example, I tried using an Asus Xonar DX and it made a "whiny" noise whenever I would play a game that required lots of power from my GPU. The onboard audio to my motherboard does the same thing, but even louder.

I'm thinking about purchasing this card and using it with my HD600s as well... I might try it out, I remember a sales rep told me if you buy through them they give a 2 week returns no questions asked.

After buying my eClaro and using it with my HD600s, I can say that they are quite a good match for each other. I'm impressed what this little card has to offer. Best of all: it doesn't pick up any interference from my overclocked graphics card or CPU! Success.

The extension cable that HT Omega gives is crap, though. Sound cuts out if you touch and bend the female connector end too much (I assume because the 600s TRS connector is loose inside -- the extension cable seems to be cheaply made). Connecting the HD600s directly the the eClaro gives a very pleasant listening experience.
