Tips for replacing the plug on a Sennheiser PX 100-II.

I need to replace the plug on a pair of  Sennheiser PX 100-II 's.     Any suggestions for a plug and where to buy one along with any tips on how to replace it?  Thanks.

assuming they use the same basic sort of plug and wire that many other sennheisers do , this might help - its for a fullsize but there's a few small tricks that would be of use

Thanks.  Any tips are helpful.  MAybe I'll take step by step photo's of my disaster or success when I do it later next week.
