I meant from 200 to about 300. There are quite a few that I know of. Here are a few (Clear Tune Monitor has one around 200, but their site is currently down).

Well, in his defense, he has around a dozen sets of high end ciem's so I doubt he wants to subject his ears to the lesser models when he can sooth them with perfection. 
 
Here is a review of the Clear Tunes CTM-200. Its a tad more expensive than your $200-300 budget but should give you some idea about the CTM, their budget model.  I also considered the Aclair dual and then their reference (based in Average_joe's review) before deciding to go with the Heir Audio 4.A.  I got some great reviews and the Wizard produces some stunning customs.  Speaking of Heir Audio, their base model is a 3 driver for $350 (at least until October when the price goes up to $399).  Good luck. I know I am anxious for my 4.A's to arrive.

I understand that he wouldn't really want to listen to lower quality ciems when he has become acustomed to the higher end ones, but I just think that it would help out a wider audience if he did a few reviews of entry class ciems.
For the price of one of the more expensive ciems, one could buy a few of the entry models.
It is just a suggestion and a request.
No harm, or offense meant.

Thanks for the question.  I would love to review entry level products, however I just don't have the time, and with my limited time my choice is the high end products.  I really want the new Spiral Ear 1-way and 3-way reference but don't have the time.  Plus, my reviews are based off comparisons so without several other competitors in the price range, I feel my reviews would be less beneficial.  
 
Unfortunately I don't have many lower cost IEMs/CIEMs.  For example I did a quick comparison of the new UE 900 with some other products, and the cheapest being in the upper $200s (a reshelled TF10).  |joker| does great work and you can find a few custom IEMs in that price range.  Sorry I couldn't be of more help.  I do think there are some great bargains in the $500 range if you can save for them.

The only CIEM under $200 is, as far as I know, the Kozee Infinity X1. And considering all the problems people have encountered with Kozee, I'd advise you to save a little more and make a safer investment.

Nice surprise for me today as my mi3's came back from a second refit today.  From very brief tryout it looks like the issues with fit might be solved.  Will know for sure during the week when I get to try them for longer periods.  Sound seems better to (asked them to tune for the bass setting as well) probably due to a better fit. The left earpiece goes in much easier now compared to before, it also doesn't pinch the top of the ear where it hooks under the flap either. If it has worked out (and I'm cautiously optimistic for once)I'm very tempted to send a couple of my universals in for some custom tips to save having to replace the complys.  Will probably be either a westone 3 or sennheiser ie7 (which I always liked the sound of but could never get the right ear to stay in).  The nice thing is that as minerva now have my impressions on file I a)don't need to get some more done and b)they knock £10 off.

at least 2-3 years? as long as the silicone doesn't get physical deformed.
 
sorry or u mean how long to take them? about 10 mins.
