RA1 clone

If I were to make an RA1 clone:

is it legal?

can I actually do it (my experience is with kits like the bottlehead foreplay and WAD 83)?

Can one use point to point wiring instead of a pcb board?

Silly questions I know, but Im a newb.

Also, anyone willing to be a "mentor" and help me troubleshoot if I run afoul?

how many RA1 thread do we need?...anyway the circuit used in the RA1 is very basic and they would have a hard time getting a patent ont that ...

just don't try to sell it or you may get a call from the grado legal department

no you can not get a patent on what is a basic electronic circuit that is already established as fair game but there is also something called "intellectual property" and this is an animal with teeth also
