I did - bought an E7 in October which was most pleased with.  About 2 weeks ago, the audio went silent.  All menu items worked as normal, but no audio output.  Same as when feeding an iPod line in or USB for DAC.
 
Sent short e-mail to company I bought it from - Micca Stores.  They responded within the hour, instructing me to ship it to them with a money order for return shipping & did so.  Yesterday, received a spanking new E7 - fresh from factory in factory packaging.  At same time I ordered an E9 and the two arrived together.
 
In a nutshell - I could not be more pleased with the E7 and E9!  Am using with Senn HD 650's and - while perhaps a $1,000 amp MAY sound better, my rather old ears (74 - (each)) probably couldn't hear the difference.
 
Shame on the original F7 for 'dying' on me - but hooray for Micca Stores!  What great, painless warranty service and support after the sale.
 
There are many vendors selling the FiiO line on e-bay.  They may ALL be good but be advised:  Micca Stores IS good! Not only was the service good, they kept me informed via e-mail at each step, including shipping back to me.   Great Service - wish all vendors were as responsive.
