Assuming you mean mini-plug to 1/4" jack, I like the one that came with my HD-650s. Not sure if Sennheiser sells it separately (I'd think so). I like that it uses a short length of cable instead of being one solid piece -- I used to worry that the adapter with my old HD595s (which was just a solid molded piece) would place excess strain on the mini-jacks on my equipment, but I have no such concerns with the HD-650's adapter.
