best cd scratch repair kit?

What is it? I had one of those green-black crank ones, but somehow I managed to lose the big part of it while keeping the little platter to put the cd on

It worked but I didn't like how it made the cd look. Sometimes when I buy a used cd from the store it'll be a little thinner than normal, how bout those?
