I understand that but I figured maybe the right Customer Service agent might help me out.  I've gotten spoiled by Amazon's customer service and Prime shipping and that's why I have not been buying much at NewEgg anymore.  Their return polices and restocking fees need to catch up with their competition.

I used to buy almost exclusively from Newegg. I could find components for a few bucks cheaper from a fly by night on pricewatch, but knowing there was a company to stand behind the product was worth it. 
 
Now 9 times out of 10 it's shipping that prevents me from going with them. Especially when it comes to DOA items. Why should I have to pay shipping on something you sent me that was bad?

OK, more info, you can order them from the regular Monster Site for $149 so they should have a lifetime warranty and not be refurbs.
