A budget DIY amp?

Reason why I am asking is I don't have that strong of an oAMP on my soundcard or on my ipod, and I've heard any amp is better then no amp. I'm not above doing a DIY but I'd like to keep the price down, this will only be driving entry level 201's and RX700's currently and some 55 ohm AKG K240's in the future. I'd upgrade the amp if I went with higher resistance cans then those of course.

I'm just a noob at this stuff and I'm not looking for the BEST just something that will work and for a good reference later.

I added an E5 to a Nano with R0s and it really helps a lot!

Any diy cmoy from ebay will beat an E5 IMO,but it sure won't be as portable.

I saw a cmoy was wondering just how good it was. The other one I was considering was the Mini Cubed.

If you keep looking at Head-fi ,you will have all three in a few months,plus some more that you have'nt heard of yet.
If i were you i would get a PA2V2 and don't look back.

That's the other one I had heard of it s a bit out of my price range I believe, maybe if I got it used I'd be good.

Anyway, just a little bump to see if I can get any more opinions, but I'm probably going to buy a cheapy Cmoy from ebay. Even a Cmoy will be superior to an E5 right?

Alright cool, I just wanted to justify the extra $10 and the next $10 for the LOD.

Should be getting some new headphones within the next weak aswel, firs RX700's will show up then the HD555's I bought aswell.
