Broke down and bought the iPod myself, but I just managed to get my mother to buy me some Shure E2s for xmas go with it!

If I could make a decision I'd be a very happy person. First there is the problem whether I should go with a flash based player or a HDD based one. Both of course have their advantages.

I would love to get the Karma because I think it has lots of goodies. But for one I have read a few negative comments and because I am living in Germany it's not that easy to get my hands on one for a decent price.

Now the Creative Zens and the iRiver iHP-120 have entered my thoughts. But those are pretty expensive and I can't even look at them or touch them in a shop.

Why is the Nomad Jukebox 3 not there? Still has the best line-out of any HD-DAP out there....right?

yeah, yeah, it sounds awesome. i even have one heh. Buuuut, its almost 2 years old, and its still the chunkiest HD-DAP on the market... so not exactley a HOT product this Xmas!!

Its an oldie but goodie, i just didn't figure it would be on anyone's list this year...
