~$100 closed over-the-ear monitors with heavy bass?

Hi everyone, I want to buy a pair of headphones mainly for creating some techno beats (minimal/electro/progressive), so I'm looking for a decent monitor headphone.  I would like it to be closed and over-the-ear, and it must be able to reproduce bass well since the music I will be making requires this.  Any tips here?
 
I realize that headphones are not the best solution, but this has to hold me over until I get enough money for some real monitors.
