20:20 are awful, this has happened many upon times with past deals, the famous 8 for £8 each was a disaster, the Power2Go was a disaster, you get the message. These numpties are that! No idea how certain people orders are being fulfilled they must have a big hat and randomly pull out names. Just got to laugh at how bad this company are, what's worse it's giving Orange a bad name also but doubt they care!

Rant over.

Wonder what other deals we'll have on headphones in the coming future....

I ordered at 11:31:51 on 31 July and I have heard nothing since.
The least they could do is tell me what is going on. Are they awaiting more stock?
If so they are still making a profit at £28 for the IE7! They would cancel orders otherwise.
The profit retailers are making on IEMs is ridiculous.
Rant over :)

I got a reply! Wahey! Not a positive one though -

Thank you for your email,

Unfortunately we have insufficient stock available,

We apologize for the inconvenience,

Once we have stock back in we will despatch you order to you,

If you do not wish to hold then please reply requesting to cancel the order and we will release all funds,

We normally receive stock back in within 5 working days

I placed the order at 10:01:44 on 31 July 2010.

I do have a phone which uses Orange and it's abysmal, almost as bad as Vodaphone. It's only a cheapie phone so I think I can afford to stick pins in it for the next 5 working days.

No reply to my email asking if they had taken the charge off my credit card yet.

Thats what I call service.

I might get Nicky Campbell on the case.

Just called the Orange Accessories customer services, and was told that:

- They are ~800 pairs of IE7s 'behind'
- I can hold until Monday, but it's doubtful there'll be any stock then

I'm holding just to see what happens, however, I strongly doubt I'll ever get my pair. The guy I spoke to said I'll probably get an automated email in a couple of days, although I'm not sure what this will be exactly, but I suspect it'll be an order cancellation.
