They came today! I've been listening to them for about 20 minutes. I'm currently using the clear double flange tips and very impressed with the midrange and the treble. Bass is a little weak but that should improve with breaking them in right? The clarity is amazing on these things.. You guys rock!

The bass does improve 50 - 100 hrs and the highs become smoother (like silk)

.
Experiment with tips, the seal is crucial.
i like the large bi-flange with the 2nd flange (large one) cut off the stem (see the pic).
i also use the meelec m11 bi-flanges as they are smaller and softer than the RE0 small Bi-Flange

Well heres an update guys. About 2 weeks ago, sound stopped coming out of one earbud. At first it would come back with a little jiggle but would cut out again. I contacted their support and was referred to someone else who gave me the run around and told me to contact the dealer I bought it from on Amazon. I tried to contact them (twice) and never got a response. They will be getting a negative feedback. HD support is going to repair/replace? not sure which for $10. I'd prefer a whole new pair but I'm not sure what their policy is. Their website says replacement and this lady says repair. Might actually call them and talk to real person to see what the story is. Kind of disappointing that they broke. I dont take them out of the house and use them very very lightly. I probably had only put about 50hours on them too. Oh well.
