I was lucky enough to win a pair of Razer Orca headphones in their competition that is going on right now on facebook. Now I don't expect much from these headphones since razer made them and since their specialty is gaming mice and not audio. Anyone here that has tried razer headphones/headsets have anything to say about sound quality. Since I just bought the audio-technicas ATH-AD700's for gaming I will probably use them for my portable device unless they are really big.

Some Numbers on them. As I am new to audio the numbers really don't say much to me. If someone wants to share a opinion based on the numbers be free to do so.
  1. Frequency Response: 15 - 21,000 Hz
  2. Impedance: 32 O at 1kHz
  3. Input Power: 200 mW
  4. Drivers: 40 mm, with neodymium magnets
  5. Cable: 1.2m braided fiber + 2 meter braided extension cable
  6. Connector: 3.5 mm headphone jack

Also here is the link if someone is interested in how they look http://store.razerzone.com/store/razerusa/en_US/pd/productID.201805300

Yeah I'm sure gonna do that. I do like that they have divided the cable in 2. One for when ur listening to ur mp3-player(1.2m) and a 2m extension cable to hookup to ur computer so u can just plug-in to get the extra length. I also like the braided cable since its probably gonna last longer.

Oh, they actually look exactly the same, only thing different which I notice are the frequency response number which are 20 - 20,000 Hz for the carcharias while 15 - 21,000 Hz in these. Still good that they are decent since I'm gonna use them mostly for music ^^

The frequency range stats never means too much, it's also the frequency response that counts.
