I've just received Re-0 bought here, it seems that I still prefer those M1 over Re-0, am I crazy or what?

M1 has very forward mids. RE0 has recessed mids in comparison and can seem overly bright and thin. I suggest a warm amp.
My first IEM was the M1 and 2nd the RE0, I also did not really loved the RE0 at first but with a iBasso T4 the RE0 won me over.
CMOY, Soundmagic A10, Fiio E7 with bass boost,... are all great amps to pair with the RE0. You could also try Comply foam tips.

Yes, you are right. We all have our budget darlings based on signature preferences. Mine are the Brainwavz/ViSangs. You have the PL50, ClieOS has the Eterna, and dfkt has the VB.

Oh and even the <$30 ViSang R01 has a proper relief tacked on to that same housing. But at least this way I can tell the M1 from the others without having to peer at the markings.

Between Brainwavz M2, Vsonic VSD1S and Soundmagic E10 which do u think is best? I listen electronic and jazz music, so I want bass, clarity and tremble.
Thanks!

For Jazz, the VSD1S is the best option. It really brings life to the music. :)

yes, Brainwavz seem to be trying to give them another little push into the spotlight.  since i owed them a favour i said id do a new "quick review" of my pair,  lol yes this review is sooooo old that it pre-dates my also doing a quick review for things.

so the things are old, crazy old in the IEM world but you know they really are bloody good.  i mean beats fans would prob hate them but for headfi its such a great, neutral esq sound for the very few amount of pennies the cost.

oh and ill stick a link to my upto date "quick review" once its actually up.
