Mini3 -> D4 - worth it just for weight difference?

I currently own a Mini3, and I'm wondering if it would be worth a net loss of about $150 (selling the Mini3, of course) to upgrade to an iBasso Mamba (which is perhaps fair just for a 100 gram reduction in weight)? Should I expect any noticeable sonic improvements? I'll be using it via S:Flo2 line out with my ES10s.

Checked it again and it also seems to have a longer battery life than the S:Flo and may be 2 cm shorter than my Mini3. My Mini3 is aged, and while I'm never able to even use 5 hours on it, having double of that wouldn't hurt.

Thanks in advance.

Have you considered the Meier Headsix...?? Ive been looking around for quite awhile now and just decided to go ahead and purchase one from Jan. I know there is alot of other options out there which could be better. But for $155USD its pretty hard not to jump on, price to performance. It doesnt come with a dac... but i will most likely purchase the DAC cable from headstage sometime down the track. You can also get 100+hrs out of a single 9v battery... Which destroys the D4.
