No he is serious. I think they flew to the Artic and update their Facebook page via satellite (you can afford that kind of connection with all of the 20 something pre-orders of the JH3A).

be optimistic guys, though the 3A has been delayed due to the DSP part i hope they are working on other aspects as well with the extra time they have had due to the dsp caused delay. I think this way the product will be better and with less bugs if it was to be launched at the prescheduled date.

It might not be Windows but the amp with dsp is a computer running code so could be buggy. Don't know if it has been covered but is there any facility for field upgrading the dsp code ?
somewhere in here someone quoted jerry saying something like - he eventually wants to make it so you can hook the 3A to your computer and customize eq settings, or other aspects of the sound...something like that anyway.

No one would be up in arms like this if Jerry hadn't impressed us all like he has in his past products. If everyone here cares about the product, then maybe we should pipe down on the drama, It's secondary to how important the JH-3A is. Just trust the guy with you're $1700, I think that will go a long way for the credibility of this thread. I like reading factual and descriptive content on head-fi, but extrapolations and insane questions have been prolifically posted of late. Let's get back to the analytical and authentic Head-fi, I recommend just trusting a trustworthy guy to preform admirably like he always has.
SWEEEEEEEEEEEEET!
Though it would be great if you validated your statement by beginning it with.. i just spoke with Jerry or Brittany or Jamie and they said.... blah blah blah...
Otherwise we can only assume thats where you got your information, but still its nice to hear it so we dont second guess you.
Just got thinking. Since the crossovers and everything is in the amp and only the actual drivers are left in the earpices and they are differet in JH13 and JH16, can you then use the same amp for both ? And if you can, how does the amp know the difference as sure the 2 earpices must have different requirements ?

This was addressed earlier in the thread somewhere - short answer is no because there isn't a 3.5mm out - output jack is a 6-ch connector-ma-jig (yes, the technical term
