Well i was bored over the weekend so i watched the first ironman because i was pumped for ironman 2 coming out and decided to make my own ARC REACTOR. With some help with 2 other friends and The Home Depot (A home building tool store w.e..) i got cracking. So far its been 2 days on the project and i am proud. Only equipment we used are copper wire, a fan off a old computer graphics card, these 2 rings i got from my auto class in school, 2 rings for venting or something from Home Depot, these clamps also used for venting, Hot Glue, and Superglue. First i super glued/hot glued all 4 rings together. after that i got rubbing Alcohol to clean it a bit. Then i got the clamps and glued 6 of those onto the attached rings. After gluing on the clamp, i wrapped it around with copper wire. Now finally to end off the day i got the small fan and attached it on the bottom of the Arc Reactor. all together i worked about 9-10 hours on it. Only thing missing is the bottom piece which i need to find... Any suggestions for the bottom piece? If u don't know what an Arc Reactor is, watch ironman. For the bottom piece i need something to go below the Arc Reactor on the second picture. Thanks for reading this DIY Arc Reactor. More Progress updates and pictures to come!!

Still no suggestions for the bottom piece? I am completely lost on what to use so any kind of help is appreciated! More pictures to come in about 5-6 days? I will be busy all week and still need to find what to use as the bottom piece. Thanks for all the interest in this thread
