Cant change my avatar <- Read your welcome PM please.

For some reason I get a "{"status":"error","message":"Your account does not have the required permissions to access this page."}" message when I try to change my avatar.  When I go to my profile and click the avatar image and try to add a photo I get "Insufficient Permissions. Your account does not have the required permissions to access this page.  Logout and try again with an administrative account, or contact a site administrator for support.

Hi. I deleted my avatar and realized that I cannot add a new photo as my new avatar.

It displays this message: 

Insufficient Permissions

Your account does not have the required permissions to access this page.
 
Can I do anything to fix this problem? Thanks!

Sorry to Necro- I am having this problem now as well ("Insufficient permission" message, I suppose because I deleted my old image before attempting to add a new one). Could an administrator please help?

 Can't edit your profile, signature or avatar or create galleries or lists? Due to problems with spam bots, new users will need to have made 10 posts or be a member for 15 days and made 5 posts before they can edit their profile or signature or create lists or galleries.

I've modified your account, @Uptown Five, and you should be able to update your profile image.

I am also getting this message as posters above did?...

I am kind of new here with only a few posts thus far, but I have been a member for a couple months.
Please fix.
