ordering ibasso in UK?

Hi all

I've been eye-ing up an ibasso t3d to use with my ipod touch

It appears I can order directly from ibasso web site, but wondered if anyone else in the UK had done this and what the total cost ended up as taking into account delivery cost and potentially any tax and customs charges

alternatively are there any UK dealers I can purchase from?

Depends on what Ibasso stuff you want.

A quick google shows a few UK internet companies who have iBasso products available. I don't know them enough to recommend any one of them over another.

Have bought direct from IBasso a few times and have been lucky on the customs charges front. They did seem to mark the price low on the export documentation which obviously helped.

Buying from a local distributor is likely to cost a fair bit more than you might pay buying directly from iBasso since the local distributor will have paid import duty plus vat and need to cover local warranty under national/eu law. In Denmark from the Danish distributor this comes to a premium of 75-100% over the raw iBasso price. Naturally buying from iBasso you will have to cover shipping, risk paying duty plus vat abd will have to deal with iBasso on any warranty problems. You make your choices and pay accordingly
