Swapping out a Volume Pot in a Darkvoice Amp

DIY Noob here

I have basic soldering skills and wanted to switch out the cheap volume pot in my Darkvoice 332 for an Alps RK27 100ohm one (if there is a better choice, let me know).

Can someone explain to me how I would go about replacing it?
