Welllll.. not yet

But I have one on the way, should be here in a few days then I'll treat y'all to some juicy pics and review. I found a new one for $186.50 shipped. eBay is a good buyer's market, for a change. I primarily want this for the gym, to take the place of my iRiver iFP-390T which was recently sold. USB1.1 just drives me crazy!

Why did I pick Nitrus?
size, weight, design, battery life, screen.. & price.
This thing is just plain tiny (and pocket-friendly), extremely light (2 oz), long-lived (16+ hours), and cheap too.
The bad?
Drivers, software required. Almost no accessories included, not even a decent protective case. only Moderate headphone output, probably not strong enough to drive Ety ER4S (will verify).

Why not iGP-100?
this thing is really too big, thick, unweildy, and kind of ugly. Also I havn't even seen anyplace discounting it off the $250 retail, so its relatively expensive. You may as well toss in another $50 for the iHP-100 which aint much bigger. Too bad, I really like iRiver's other products.

Why not Creative Muvo2?
screen. Creative has a history of trying to save a few pennies by jipping the user on screen size. Well, it cost them another sale. Otherwise the removable battery, low cost, and strong headphone output would probably have lured me in. .

...and where is apple in the mini-juke segment? I have a 2nd gen 10gb iPod (less than 6 oz) - still too much mass to simply slip it in a pocket and forget about it.

acutally, my friend just bought a brand new iGP-100 off ebay for $200 even.
it's not really all that big, it's exactly same size as a hocky pock, maybe a little smaller, but of course nitrus is more pocket friendly.
but the iGP's got the same sexy lcd as iHP, same display and menu system, but no DB. and it's also got 20w/ @16

cant wait for your review

Awesome, austonia. Looking forward to hearing how the Nitrus fairs with the Ety ER-4S.
