Which amp for Monster copper?

i just recently got the monster copper pro IEM.

I dont have an amp. I do need a DAC via usb bc the headphone jack on my laptop is very glitchy cutting off the left ear all the time if i move it.

Budget is about $100. i need a new IEM for the wife too soon.

any suggestions?
