Hey,

I have this problem, which is probably something pretty obvious, but I am not a geeky type, so I would be gratefull for any advice.

I hear constant clicking on my notebook, anytime when the volume is on. I cannot hear it through my nb speakers, but that is probably bcs its ****. But when I connect my headphones or speaker, it is really hearable and rather irritating. Is there anything I can do?

It sounds like hard drive clicking noise somehow got into the sound out port. While speaker's impedance high enough to mask it, headphones reveal it.

I have no solution for that though.
