I have no portable players ;) But I steal my daughter's Clip from time to time, and I have loaded a few jazz-albums onto it.

Kenwood Hd60GD9 - this has vinyl dance music in WAV format

Cowon S9 - more vinyl dance music in WAV

Sony X 32Gb - this has what I call 'classic futuristic' albums which I bought in the last 10 years from psyshop mostly (WAV)

And I'm getting the Cowon J3 next mainly for the expansion slot so I can compile my other cd tracks onto them in WAV

Is there such a thing as DAP rehab?  I think I need it - but not before I hear the S:flo2 and Rockbox the Clips.

I have about a dozen, mostly cheap refurb Sansas from Woot that I couldn't resist.  I got them partly with the idea that if I did much Rockbox code hacking I'd end up bricking several. 

The main players I actually use are a Cowon D2 and a refurb 2gb Sansa Clip.  The Clip is strapped to a pair of Jabra noise cancellation headphones (also from woot) which sound like crap in any audiophile sense, but are a huge quality-of-life improver in damping down construction noise in urban environments.  So I love the combo and may write a review of the headphones.

I guess Im one of the few here that hates having too many DAPs just sitting there and just sell them when I get a new one. Same goes with my headphones, only keep 2 pairs at a time.
