Hello,

I have always wanted a good set of headphones to replace my earbuds. I was using SkullCandy Smokin' Buds, but they recently got broken and I would like to get a pair of headphones for around $50-$70.

The problem is, I have no credit card. So I need to find something at BestBuy for around $60 online (including shipping), or (preferably) headphones I can buy in store. I don't need them to be perfect (and I know they wont be for this price haha)

I've done some research and saw that my BestBuy has Shure SRH240's in stock for $50. Would these be good for a first pair of headphones? Any other suggestions? (these will be used mainly with an ipod touch)

Oh and I'm also looking only for closed headphones
Thanks

The Shure 240s are better than some headphones that you can find in that price range, but I've also definitely heard better.

If the Sennheiser PX-100 is in your price range, it's a much better value.

What do you like to hear when listening to music?

Is you music in 128 kbps, 160, 192, 256, 320?

On ears, around the ears? Have you already auditioned some headphones, tried them for comfort etcetera?

Just some random yet important questions...
