problem exist after the earphone.

ummm.... try a different pair of ety's before you judge their sound quality (or business practices for that matter.) Sorry, I didn't mean to offend anyone. Also, I'm using the v2 Zunes, NOT the older model.
I'm just very disappointed, after spending so much I would expect a quality product and was let down. Sure, they cancel out noise, but that's about it.

you're not offending me, I love my ety's. I just think you'd benefit GREATLY by exchanging for a different pair of hf5's before dismissing them.

try getting a replacement pair, sounds like you might have a defective pair.
I've never tried either IEM in question-- but from all the headphones I've listened to(portables, IEMs, earbuds, most of them being pretty cheap) I've never heard anything fuzzy sounding.
Ety's are known for their detail and clarity
