I'm looking into these 2 Phono Preamps. Both are available around $100...

I have a Grado Red Cartridge > Soundcraftsmen EQ preamp > Soundcraftsmen Power Amp.

Which of these would be a better upgrade to improve the sound quality when listening to vinyl?

of coarse, one is tube and the other SS. But, I wasn't sure if that truely makes a difference. I do like the warm sound of my tube amps that I use for guitar playing (an entirely different subject!)

Any thoughts on either of these as to which may sound better with the setup I have??
