Replacement pads for KSC75's?

Thread Starter
I've been out of the loop as I haven't posted here in several years but my KSC75's are STILL going strong! (Had them since 2005!)

I haven't seen these at any Brick and Mortar stores in a long time and the foam is getting pretty bad as I've used them in the gym, on bike trails, out jogging, etc for 5yrs now

I wouldn't mind picking up another set to have as a backup but I'm curious as to what kinda foam or leather replacement pads people have been adding to them.

Links to places to order them are most appreciated

Foam: stock Koss replacement cushions (ebay link)
Pleather: Sennheiser PX200 pads (Sennheiser USA Item No. 089332)

Edit: pic w/pleather pads installed:

^do the px200 pads give them some sort of isolation? =D
post #4 of 19
The differences are quite marginal since the KSC75 leaks mostly through the back.

X2 on the PX200 pads. I have them too. Nice.

Those PX200 pads wouldn't fit on Porta Pros, would they?

I haven't tried it but I don't see why not. Whether they would be comfortable is a different matter since the PortaPro headband is less adjustable than the KSC75s clips.

I just recently ordered a pair of the KSC75s and I've heard great things about the PX 200 pads. I'm probably going to order a set of those for mine soon.

I think I paid a bit less ordering them directly from Sennheiser USA. Came out to $14 or so with shipping.

I don't think those are the pleather ones. They look like they might be the foam cushions from the PX100.
