OK, we've given Columbus time to pull together a location but bad timing for now.

Dayton has been mentioned as an alternate spot. I'm open to any spot or date.

To bring some considerations into the discussion.

-Columbus OH has members who would like to have a meet but we have to work on that in the future.

-A couple members that would like to attend a meet work on Sat. so a Sunday should be considered. The drawback is late travel for a night before work/school.

I could try to find a central spot if enough from the region are interested in a small roadtrip. Perhaps I can find a spot in the Batesville IN area as a kind a central location.

If not, the majority of members in one location will be given preference.

Middle to the end of Jan.

This is just a starting point for discussion.

The only weekend in Jan that doesn't work for me is MLK. Otherwise I would like to attend. I would be willing to get a room for a meet in Dayton at WSU. We have a new laboratory that could accommodate 20-30 people with plenty of outlets. The only downside is that we cannot consume food in that space. I could still get a conference room, but it would only accommodate 10-15 people. The upside for WSU is that parking and the space is free.
