I was using the POS cable that comes with a FIIO and bought one of these Cardas cables to replace it. I don't hear any difference but the 45 degree ends and the short length are perfect for what I needed to do.

Sorry not sure where to ask this

There's a Cables, etc. subforum...

And no, it won't make a difference. Headroom cables are pretty nice to begin with, and even if they weren't, I'm one of the doubters of hearing cable differences in all but the highest-end gear.

Seems to me this forum gets more attention then "Cables"

Thanks for the insight though. I didn't think the cable would be a major factor. I just wanted to hear it from the pro's.

I don't think I heard much if any difference with the Cardas. Sometimes I think the best reason to get a cable like that is you don't have to worry about whether you are getting the best possible sound, kind of like an insurance policy.
