1/4" to RCA - Soundcard to Amp - How important is a quality cable?

Hi,
I have Grado SR225i phones and an M-Audio firewire 1814 soundcard. I'm getting a littledot I+ amp.

I'm going to have to buy a cable to connect the SC to the amp - 1/4" to RCA.

How important is cable quality going to be here - how do I know what brand and how much to spend?
