You still have all your equipment, right?

I have stashed my equipment in a hidden location, maybe buried somewhere, nobody knows...

Patrick, are you on the lam? What will you do when winter comes?? You may need some survival books and equipment. For instance, I saw no sleeping bag in your photos, or cooking gear.

Cue Patrick82 is camp joke?

Neat rig - it will resonate nicely when the wind gets up. And will make you very hard to find by helicopter....useful.

And welcome back

Patrick could get something like this to keep him warm!

It looks dangerous to sleep there, what if you park your car on a cliff? Burying yourself underground is more safe.

Sorry, I thought to give someone recognition for a very clever post. Looking back, I probably should've added something.

Anyway, how much does that tent run you after the cables? Looks like the fabric was only 5 bucks.

How acoustically perfect is it underground? Bit stuffy?

Based on my mass dampening experiments I have found that using more weight on top of the audio components gives more dynamics and low-level detail because of a quieter background. Burying your equipment under tens of thousands of pounds of mud is great, and it's for free! The deeper you bury your audio system the better the sound!

but then you'll need longer cables? and w/ the dielectric earth ground interferences, it will cancel the mass dampening improvement...yes?
