I'd imagine that you put them in whichever way makes the most sense in your ear. If it doesn't fit one way, twist it the other way and put it in.

It takes about two weeks from the time when the audiologist ships it to Westone.

Ya but its mostly off my ear - i can make it cord down, cord out, cord up - i just didnt know if it mattered...

Cord should go around/ behind your ear.

however you like, but over the ear is best as the sound tube tends to have better alignment that way
