To take some cheap Bluetooth headphones, like the Sony BT22, and put in a pair of KSC75 drivers in there?

How easy would that be? I know someone out there bluetooth'd a KSC75 once, so this is giving me an idea

Why don't you give it a try? Except I'd think about extracting the Bluetooth part and putting that on the headphones, instead of the other way around. Headphones do best in the enclosures they're designed for. So if you could put the Bluetooth parts and amp into/on the others, that would probably work better.

As long as you can locate the left and right channel output on the Blutooth chip, simply desolder the chip and solder the headphone's left and right channel input to it and you should be okay. Don't forget to find the ground as well.
