I am trying to find a good portable headphone for use with my nano and iPhone. I am currently using my apple earbuds because I am not going to carry my HD-595 around with me at the mall.... but would like to pick up a pair of IEMs to use so I can finally listen to some well-produced music.

I listen to everything from Basshunter (Techno) to Adele, but nothing too heavy like death metal and whatnot... I am also trying to find an IEM that has a nice range of tips because my ears are somewhat smaller than normal and so I have had difficulties in the past with IEMs and have always just gone the way of a pair of earbuds... What are some good recommendations for anywhere up to 150$?

I have small ears, so fit is important.

UE (Super.fi 5's) seem to have larger tips standard, however I do have extra-small ears so depending on just how small your ears are you may need to order tips from another supplier.

That said, UE is and have been my favorite earphones across the board for years now. I can't say either way if they match the sound specs you want but I find they work well across my spectrum (jazz/blues to somewhat heavy metal such as Metallica and the like).

Or the er-4p... which seems to fit the bill, even if it is slightly over the actual bill.... something that will stay snug and provide a good sound range while being flexible enough to run with... that or the er6i

x2. As many people have stated that the ER4 is the end of all IEM journey, unless you want to fork out $1099 for a pair of 6 driver custom IEM (JH13) by JH Audio.

I'm looking around for a pair at a cheap price.

I believe I read (the cnet review, maybe) that the S4 is good for small ears, and elsewhere that the UEs tend to work better for larger ones. Can't really comment from experience, though I'm considering the S4s myself, based on what I've heard of the SQ/price ratio, though I'm still looking for a couple comprehensive reviews.
