Ahhh. . I was told today the wait will be about a month. Frustrating as I thought it would start the middle of June per a past email.

I really want to get some good IEM's soon do to some personal listening needs (head phones sometimes just too big) and I don't have any IEM's that I really like.

A month? Eeek. What happened to the 3-5 day turn-around as per website info?

It is not a month it is just that they are just beginning to start to roll out product in mid June and they have a huge influx of orders coming in once it all cools off it should be no longer then a week

You can't know that without hearing the final custom molded version - the demo is a bad way to make that determination.

Yes, yes, I already made a post correcting the one you quote, more than 12 hours before you quoted it!

So, I am looking for accuracy first,

Shouldn't you be more interested in the UE10pro than in the UE11pro, then? I've always read that the former was more neutral, while the second had an accentuated bass.

I called today and spoke with Adam and he stated that there was a lead time of 3 weeks and that one of the drivers wasn't in at this time and it would be about a week before they received it. A previous email from Jerry had stated that I could look at mid June as a shipping date. My impressions did arrive in good shape and I was told they are good molds (second set, 1st ones didn't get all the helix). Therefore, one month is the time frame but I hope this changes as I thought they would ship in mid June.

Wow, that really sucks. It's not that I can't wait for them (though I can't),but I was hoping to get them shipped to Vegas when I am there the first week of July.

That would save me about $150 in taxes and duty when shipping to Canada.

Maybe there is a way for them to make that exception for you and rush it for Vegas, because of duties and taxes?

Well, i've sent my impressions three days ago. JH-Audio advised me to wait till the impressions arrive. After that they'll contact me for the rest of the information they need.

For the ones who have ordered a product from JH-Audio, how did you place your order?
