Hello and Good Day Everyone


Offically my first post and in all honestly I wasn't sure I would join. I've used search for the last two weeks to find answers and insight on various models I was looking into. But I wanted to pass this along with an experience with KOSS.

I've been using my trusty Koss KSC75's for awhile while looking for an upgraded earbuds. About two weeks ago while out-of-town I lost one of the ear clips and was heartbroken. I e-mailed customer service explaining I didn't want to send them in for one ear clip and was willing to pay for a replacement. Days and a week went by and no response. I gave up and ordered Sennheiser CX400 and the cheapo headband for the mod on the KSC75's.

Well this morning the wife comes in and asked, "did you order smething?". I said no-way my new gear came in and looked at the box..from KOSS!

Now I know there are better sounding and more expensive earbuds, IEM's, over-the head, ear clips and such that put Koss to shame. But I do know this that when it comes to customer service Koss is right up there at the top. As far as Koss products and especially the KSC75's I plan to have something of theirs in my collection one-way-or-another. Good job Koss

I was skeptical about Koss products (after purchased a cheap Koss earbud ) 4 years ago. After KSC75, my opinion was changed drastically. Now I've got Portapro, ksc35 and ksc75 with at least 2 pairs each.

Haven't tried other Koss products, may be some more gems hiding in them ?!
