Hey guys,

New to the forum

Well I joined up because I'm getting more and more into the world of trance (late bloomer I know) and I'm hoping to get some advice on what equipment I should buy into to make the musical experience everything it could be.

Currently for my portable... I have an iPhone 3G with some Monster Beats...
I also have a 80G iPod classic hooked up in my car.

The beats are my primary headphones that I use for all my music... connecting up to my Macbook Pro... listening at home... etc...

I'm willing to dish out a good 500-600 dollars. Where do I get started (headphones, amps, different mp3 playe??)... I've tried scoping out the forum and find some educational info but haven't found anything to start me up... any links and advise would be much appreciated!

Welcome. To be honest, you're well on your way.... to 'There' where ever 'There' is. You might want t look at a portable dac, but that's out of my knowledge base. But I think, you're doing quite well already!

There are lots of ways you can go, including ditching your Monster beats for something better. There's always something better!
