Methods on how to remove Comply tips from headphones?

After reading the "How to clean Comply's" thread apparently they can be removed from some headphones. So in general, what methods are there to remove the Comply from your headphones without damaging the tips.

I squeeze mine and slowly pull them out.

^X2 I have removed the same pair of T100 from my iM616 and iM716 many times when trying to decide what tips work the best. I have also done this with one pair of T400 on my CX400 and CK7. I haven't damaged one yet. Just squeeze and pull them off.

I try to get my fingernail under the inner tube, at the bottom of the tip. That way you don't rip the tip off and leave the inner tube.
