"Considering the comparatively low price of the Audéo PFE, it’s a no-brainer: they give you the perhaps best clarity and precision in the sub-$150 earphone price range. They have better treble than the SE530, better midrange than the q-Jays, and a decent soundstage for an IEM. "

Klipsch X5/X10 have the tiniest ear gels imaginable (as does the Custom line too). I kept my X10s for my wife since she also has very small ear canals, and she loves the comfort and fit. They are a bit microphonic, just as a warning. I also own the Phonaks, and they are comfy too, but to me, no phone compares to the X10 for pure comfort and with such small ear gels.
