I saw this earlier. But check their returns policy too.
I know they can not do that by law but one may have to face problems to return it.

What about it? I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary.

Their part of DSGi so not some fly by night coyboys. And not a bad rating on google shopping either: Microwarehouse.co.uk - Google Search

And to add I have used PC worlds returns online (when they had the pc compnent store) for 2 PC graphics cards in the past and both were replaced no questions asked, one was 11 months old and I received an uprated model as the return.

That is the problem!

Btw this would only apply AFTER the 7 days cancellation period where you would obviously not be charged.

Yes! They can't charge a restocking fee if you cancel within the 7-working-day period starting on the first day AFTER receipt. And they also can't insist you return the original packaging either.

The problem is they don't talk about cancellation anywhere else. I would e-mail before buying asking this. If they charge a stocking fee for cancellation according to distant buying regulations, it is ridiculous.

They are in stock, but they're coming in a more than a set from AMP3 after VAT and shipping.

AMP3 is a pound cheaper after applying the 20% discount code. One of the requirement of the code is the purchase of a MP3 player, though some has reported that this isn't really needed...
