First to say, my new ie8's sounds wonderful, the only problem is that when i'm not sitting still the seal will break, or they'll just fall out. I've tried every tip sennheiser supplied..
Are there any other tips that will fit or without too much hassle can be modified to fit that will stay in your ears?

I had some success with large UE Triple Fi silicon tips ans Sony Silicons. They are larger than supplied ones. Have you tried de-cored Shure black olives?

I find that the tips included with all the RExxx IEMs (and all of the other Head-Direct IEMs) work just fine for me. They are just a tad larger than the largest silicone included with the IE8s.

I second the Complys; they work great!

I find the Comply's very comfortable with the IE8, but for me, they make the IE8 sound too dark. The comfort is so good, though, I'm thinking of trying to modify them to retain the comfort and fix the SQ issue. But they are definitely worth a shot if you're looking for a good seal.

I got my IE8 today. I played around a bit with the tips.So far, I find the big double flange seals the best for me. I have no idea how the other foam tips are going fit in a ear. maybe someone could answer that.

silcon tips is a bit to thin for isolation imo.
