I have seen countless threads that want to know ONE thing: "What does ***** player look like?" or "Does anyone have a picture of ***** player?"

I, being a newcomer in the audio realm, have asked these questions as well. However, when I tried searching for pictures of these PCDPs, I found mostly dead links that have been taken offline years ago.

In order to rectify all of these problem, I have dedicated a small portion of my personal website to host pictures of all the PCDPs I could find (it's more like a hyped-up Xanga page if you ask me ... but I did design it myself). I do realize that it's still under construction. I have yet to get the release dates and thumbnailed images online. However, the links to the individual galleries are working fine. I also realize that I might be missing a handful of players. Please be patient! It's not easy to find pictures 10+ year old players on the net. Once in a while, some of the REALLY old ones float by eBay, but that's about it.

Great work, this certainly beats sorting through threads full of half-dead links!

Good job. BTW the D-350 and D-35 are identical, D-35 was the designation for the US market.
Oh, and YGPM...

it's like one of those gay-ass model # things, like the D-EJ925 was also the D-E999, and the D-EJ915 was also the D-E990, makes no sense at all

Yeah, really crazy. But in the good old days all you had to do was take away a 0, at least easy to remember... (D-350->D-35, D-250->D-25, D-150->D-15, D-100->D-10 etc.)

I just got about 10 more pictures online (compliments of PeterR).

If anyone has picture that they would like to contribute, feel free post a link or leave an attachment (I would recommend against posting images directly into the thread because things can get pretty cluttered).

Note: I may have two of the same CDP (since I didn't know about the naming thing until I started this thread). That'll get fixed soon...

hee hee! i see the pics of my D-321 and my D-555 were used! i should take better shots of them when i have a chance, since those pics are a bit grainy.

Thanks for doing this. I appreciate this so much. I saw some of my players in there ...he he, especially those gray and blac D-303s, D-777, and D-515. Would you like to have a nice picture of D-E900? I have plentty more pictures of the discmen that you didn't have, such as, Panasonic SL-SX500, SL-S651C, SL-S700. Anyway, let me know if you need more pic. Nicely done
