Searching a new In-ear: Choosing between IE8, Westone UM2, Triple Fi10

Hey guys i need a good pair of new phones but can not really decide betwenn the mentioned. I listen to all kinds of Rock (Emo, Hardcore etc.)primary, some singer-songwriter Stuff and a bit electro. My last phones were the Westone UM1 which i liked but i always thought there were missing some of the highs, the treble. Now i am in the nice but hard to decide situation to buy some new inears and i completly overstrained cause i am no expert in this territory...
i hope you can maybe help me!

nah i think they will be too expensive. I am really torn between the UM2 and the IE8! which one would you choose?

um2 lacks the highs you are seeking
Never heard IE8, but it seems to win high praises.( I guess it will suit you better than um2)
triple have the highs you want , but i don't like the midrange of it when listening to rock, voices feel distant dry and recessed.

so if you possibly can, go for westone 3

i really would prefer to go for westone um3 but iam from germany and til they are availabile here it will take some more time and the price ist too high for me. So waht can you guys say comparing the UM2 to the IE8?

UM2 is MUCH better in every way over UM1 but I would not call the highs razor sharp. Definitely great clarity though. SE530 has even a little more.

Don't care for Triple Fi at all unless you will use an amp. Hazy, veiled presentation, terrible ergonomics.

If you are going to spend $400 get Westone 3 or get SE530 for a little over $300. It would be a massive improvement over UM1 with equal comfort/ergonomics

why is everyone recommending westone 3 already, they may turn out trash, unlikely, but recommending them at this time is mad. for sure tho, wait to see reviews then decide to buy or not
