Best tips for Altec Lansing IM 716

I'm tired of the silicone flange tips (pain) and the foam tips (old) that came with the earphones.
What's the best alternative? I've heard the Comply T-100's are pretty good. Are there any alternatives? Maybe some similar to Shure "Olives?" Does anybody know if there are any like the "Olives" that will fit the IM 716? Thanks for any help.
