I am looking into buying an amp for my iPod. I was wondering if someone could recommend me a LOD and an amp. Also where to buy the LOD. My iPod is running Rockbox, I don't know if that affects the LOD or not.

I just bought a simple LOD connector off eBay and a custom made pure silver cable off another member here. In all I spent around 45 bucks and works fine, no complaints.

I suggest a minibox-f for the "I just want a cheap entry level". I pick this over the CMOY because of the ease of rechargable batteries.. it has a nice long-lasting lithium in it - no 9volt recharging (having to buy rechargable 9vs and a charger) or having to buy 9vs constantly

I suggest a minibox-e+ if you have the budget for it and your headphones are decent enough to make it worth it - you can find a used minibox-e+ for $100 usually. Stellar little amp in it's price range.

What headphones are you going to be using with this?

I've been looking around, and I cannot find a place to even look at the price of a MiniBox-E+. I can't even find any minibox products at all. Help please

Im also lookin an amp and a LOD. I just ordered a Corda Headsix from here. only $155 and i think its very suitable 4 my first amp. But Im in struggle to find a LOD, they all too expensive......btw, Bling from ALO which is not support new gen2 iPod Touch
